Kaylee Loses Another Tooth

This is the third tooth that Kaylee has lost. She lost her bottom front teeth last February and was anxiously waiting for another tooth to fall out so she could have another visit from the tooth fairy. For her first two teeth, the tooth fairy left items to help with her dental hygiene as well as an abundance of fairy dust which she proudly showed off at school. This time the tooth fairy left her a five dollar bill that got lost in all her blankets. (It has been extremely cold the last week, so there are many blanket on her bunk.)

She lost her tooth while getting out of the shower and trying to grab her towel off the top rack with her teeth. Sometimes Kaylee enjoys pretending that she is a dog, among other things. She has a vivid imagination. The empty space started to bleed so she used a Kleenex to get it to stop. She wanted to show off her new smile with her dad and asked him to come to the bathroom. When she pulled the Kleenex out of her mouth, her dad let out a scream. As Kaylee likes to say, "He screamed like a girl." We all know that Eric is very squeamish about wiggly teeth, so it was a funny prank that Kaylee pulled on him. His reaction was priceless. Here's she is after her shower...
