Sledding and Hot Cocoa

We have gotten a lot of powdery snow recently, and today the winter wind wasn't too cold. Eric decided we should take the kids sledding at the new hill our town just built right next to the dog park. We bundled everyone up and headed out in the cold hoping we would have a better experience sledding than last year. Last year, Kaylee loved the sledding experience going over and over and getting braver with each turn. On the other hand, Cameron went down the hill once and marched her little self back to the truck to go home.
Luckily, Cameron had a better experience this year. She loved it! Brooklyn also enjoyed chasing the girls down the hill in the snow. They were so much fun to watch, and Eric and I even got a few chances try. Of course we celebrated with hot cocoa when we were back home before we all enjoyed a two hour nap. All that fun can be exhausting!
