Cameron has been asking for months to start ballet lessons. We didn't want to start them too soon because it was possible that she only wanted to start ballet to wear a tutu. She was persistent for months and we finally decided it was time for her to start. We are hoping this improves her coordination as well as her confidence since she was have an activity that is all about her. (Kaylee is very involved in sports, but Cameron hasn't found her niche' just yet. ) She had her first class last Monday and she did a wonderful job of following the teacher and listening to instructions. She learned some of the positions and footing involved in ballet. She even earned a sticker for good behavior. I can't wait to see her recital in the spring!
