Uncle Lance Comes to Visit
Today was a busy Saturday. We started the day going to a drama put on at my church. It was geared towards kids called Marmalade Gumdrops. The girls loved it!

Cam thought the lion character was the best and she couldn't stop laughing. Kaylee liked when the actors sprayed silly string all over the audience. She immediately asked her dad to buy her some to use at home.
My favorite part was seeing my friends and their kids. Preston, Ella and Sue are in the picture above. What a cute little Dutch family they make. :) Sue's hubby Ryan was sitting in the "adult" section with Eric. Sadie and Jori are in the picture below. Cameron has recently decided that Sadie is her best friend, however, Cam is still shy and didn't even say Hi to Sadie at the program. Cameron is still working on those social skills. Sadie isn't shy at all and calls Cameron "camera" which I think is so cute.
We didn't have a lot of time to stay with our friends at the play because Kaylee had a big soccer game today. She was playing her cousin Simon and they were both looking forward to this game the whole season. Yesterday, Simon was trying to convince Kaylee to either pass him the ball or promise to not take the ball away from him during the game. I thought this was quite humorous! Kaylee had a lot of vistors for this game. Aunt Kim, Papa E, Nana Z, and uncle Lance all came out to see the kids play.
After the game Lance stayed and played some more soccer with the kids.
Then we all went to Matt and Linnay's house for some lunch. My mom ordered Edwardo's Pizza to celebrate my upcoming birthday. I loved having deep dish pizza because we haven't had it in a long time. Yummy!
We all loved having Lance come around, and hope to get up to Michigan one of these weekends. At least the holidays are coming soon and we'll see all the family then.
